WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- The 90th Medical Group provides the care and attention to keep Airmen fit and ready to fight. The 90th MDG offers a host of programs and services - from routine check-ups to making sure Airmen have the proper eye-wear - designed to help accomplish the mission. The 90th MDG was recognized as Air Force Global Strike Command's "Clinic of the Year" for 2013, an achievement that was a back-to-back win after receiving the same title in 2012. The 90th Medical Support Squadron is responsible for providing the eb-and-flow necessary to keep Airmen in top shape, including making sure the facilities were in top shape. After coordinating a $5.2 million renovation, they reduced the energy consumption of the clinic by 21 percent. The 90th Medical Operations Squadron conducted an occupational environmental health assessment at 15 MAFs for two weeks. This action demonstrated proactive care of the people who deploy to the missile field. They took time to ask questions and ensure each Airman at the MAF were resilient, and remind them that there are agencies and services available.
