The AFOSI cannot be anywhere at any given moment or location, we rely on military and civilians personnel to report any suspicious activities.  Your personal observation and those of your friends, families and FE Warren AFB civilian partners can be of significant help in preventing terrorism.  You and our neighbors' off-base know best what happens in our community.

AFOSI created the Air Force Eagle Eyes program in order to enlist everyone's help in combating and preventing terrorist attacks by putting you in the anti-terrorism team by providing and reporting any suspicious behavior.

Any reports can be submitted 24 hours a day and information received will be immediately shared with appropriate law enforcement agencies and military commanders enabling leaders to rapidly assess and investigate threats reported.

We encourage everyone to stay alert be aware of their surroundings, whether on base or off.  Be on the lookout for suspicious behaviors and/or activities.

Listed are some activities to be aware off regarding what to look for:

· Surveillance - recording by video, camera, cellphones, sketching, use of optic devices, etc.

· Elicitation - anyone attempting to gain information by email, mail, phone or in person regarding military operations, movements, personnel strength, etc.

· Test of security - attempts to gauge reaction time of security personnel regarding breaches in the perimeter or building.

· Acquiring supplies - purchasing or stealing of explosives, ammunitions, uniforms, badges, IDs, etc., enabling the bad guys to gain access, facilitate and attack FE Warren AFB, WY, or its personnel and dependents.

· Suspicious Persons or out of Place - individuals who don't seem to belong in a neighborhood, workplace, business or anywhere else.

· Dry run - individuals acting out a planned activity without conducting the actual attack.

· Deploying assets - getting individuals or equipment in place in order to carry out attacks.

Report suspicious individuals or activities immediately to AFOSI at DSN 481-1852 or Commercial (307) 773-1852.  After duty hours contact 90th Security Forces Squadron Base Defense Operations Center at DSN 481-3501 or Commercial (307) 773-3501 and ask for the on-call Special Agent.
