Volleyball Tournament
The  Freedom Hall Fitness Center hosts a volleyball tournament Jan. 16 at 4:30 p.m. Teams must sign up by Jan. 15. Teams can consist of six or seven players. For more information or to sign up, call 773-6172.

Minute to Win It
The Warren Spouses Club  hosts a Minute to Win It night Jan. 20 in the Fall Hall Community Center at 6:30 p.m. The event will have food, games and prizes. Cost is $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers. For more information, email the warren spouses club at wscreservationschair@gmail.com.

CPR certification class
The Warren Aquatic Center hosts a community CPR certification course Jan. 24. The course costs $40 per person. For more information or to sign up, call the aquatic center at 773-3195. 

Outdoor Recreation trips

Resiliency programs

The Mental Health Clinic is hosting several resiliency seminars and trainings through January.

Stress Management/Building Resiliency Seminar:  Jan. 28 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Mental Health Clinic. For more information or to RSVP, call 773-2998.

Anger Management Training: Jan. 16, 23 and 30 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mental Health Clinic. For more information or to RSVP, call 773-2998.

How to Avoid Dating a Jerk/Jerkette: Jan. 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Mental Health conference room. For more information or to RSVP call 773-2998.

Substance Abuse Awareness Seminar (SAAS): Jan. 21 in the Mental Health Clinic training room. For more information or to sign-up, call 773-2998/3182.

Sleep Seminar: This two-week seminar is offered every other Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Mental Health Clinic for military members, adult dependents or adult family members who are experiencing sleep issues due to deployment, stress or other unknown causes. All seminars and trainings can be considered medical appointments for scheduling.

Contemporary service changes
The chapel's Protestant Contemporary service has moved to building 212, the Chapel Activity Center. Everyone is welcome to attend. Service starts at 11 a.m. every Sunday and the Children's Church is also available.

Sensory-friendly films
The Exceptional Family Member Program and the base theater offer sensory-friendly films throughout the school year on the third Saturday of each month as a matinee at 1 p.m. These matinees will be shown in a "sensory-friendly" manner, with the lights turned slightly up and the sound turned slightly down. Previews will not be shown and kids are welcome to move around as needed. The theater will offer their regular concessions, but families are welcome to bring allergy-friendly snacks. Films shown will be either G or PG rated. Admission for newer films will be $2.50 for adults and $2 for kids. Older films that may be shown will have an admission fee of $1 per person.

MiCare mandatory
It is mandatory for all active-duty members to enroll in MiCare Secure Messaging, including those on the Personnel Reliability Program. MiCare is an online service offering electronic communication between patients and their healthcare team.

It allows patients to securely:
- Request their next appointment
- Request medication renewals
- Receive test and lab results
- Communicate online with the healthcare team about non-urgent symptoms
- Request a copy of their immunization records
- Access a large library of patient education materials
