Air Force Secretary visits F.E. Warren. Published Feb. 18, 2015 By R.J. Oriez 90th Missile Wing Public Affairs F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James and Lt. Gen. Stephen Wilson, commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, visited the 90th Missile Wing and F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, Feb. 18, 2015, in preparation for a meeting of the Nuclear Oversight Board. The board meetings are normally held at Air Force headquarters. This NOB is being held at Minot Air Base, North Dakota, in order to provide Air Force leadership with exposure to both the bomber and ICBM missions, and experience first-hand the unique environmental challenges of a northern tier base.
