F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- U.S. Strategic Command commander U.S. Navy Adm. Cecil D. Haney visits Warren April 27 to chair the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Stakeholders meeting, one of the several meetings that will be held this year.
