Matt Mead hosted a Military Appreciation Day proclamation signing event May 15 in the Wyoming State Capitol as part of Armed Forces Day celebrations. Military Appreciation Day is a state declared day to honor the men and women who have served the U.S. in the military. Col. Hayes, 90th Missile Wing commander, spoke as the guest speaker, and emphasized the same sentiment and also stressed the important mission Airmen on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, conduct every day.
