90th CES welcomes new commander

F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- Lt. Col. Robert C. Lance received command of the 90th Civil Engineer Squadron during a change-of-command here June 22, 2015.

Lt. Col. James S. Duke, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at Travis Air Force Base, Calif.

A change-of-command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
