Thunderbirds
The U.S. Thunderbirds will perform an aerial demonstration in the skies over Cheyenne, Wyo., July 22, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. Viewing will be available at the Laramie County Community College, accessible from I-25 and College Drive. Free shuttle service will also be available from the Holiday Home Plaza and the Cheyenne Plaza. For more information call, 307-773-3381.

Wyoming National Guard Open House
The Wyoming National Guard will host an open house July 22, 2015 at the National Guard Base. Access will be available by a shuttle service from Frontier Mall between 10:45 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. Pedestrian foot traffic and vehicles with handicapped stickers will be able to access the base through the front gate.

Vehicle wash facility closure
The Base Vehicle Wash Facility will be closed until July 24, 2015, for re-painting. For more information, call 307-773-3398.

Coach volunteers needed
The Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey Association is looking for coaches for the youth hockey programs this September. People who wish to share their skillset with boys and girls from 4 to 18-years-old should contact the CCYHA president at chalmersbdq@gmail.com for more information.

Household Goods appointments
The summer permanent change of station season is May through September. The F.E. Warren Personal Property Shipping Office recommends that people with orders visit as soon as possible to receive property shipment dates as they fill up quickly. For more information, call 773-3248.

Outdoor Recreation
Outdoor rec. provides trips throughout each month for Airmen and their families.
· Medicine Bow Peak Hike: July 25 starting at 7 a.m. $20 per person.

Resiliency programs
The Mental Health Clinic hosts several free resiliency seminars and trainings inside the Medical Treatment Facility throughout the month for Airmen and their dependents to attend.
· Stress Management/Building Resiliency Seminar: July 22 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
· Marriage Enrichment Training: July 20, 27 and 29 from noon to 2 p.m.
· Love and Logic Parent Training: July 21 and 24 from 1 to 3 p.m.
· Substance Abuse Awareness Seminar: July  29 from 8 to 11:30 a.m.
· Sleep Seminar: July 24 from 1 to 2 p.m.
