Blood drive
The Fall Hall Community Center is scheduled to host a United Blood Services blood drive Sept. 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information or to sign up, call 773-1846.

Wrangler Lounge open
The Wrangler Lounge in the Trails End Community Center is open. Operating times are Friday's  from 4 to 9 p.m. For more information, call the Fall Hall Community Center at 773-3510.

Airman's Attic Volunteers
The Airman's Attic is looking for volunteers to help renovate building 363 Sept. 5. For more information, call 773-4313.

Coach volunteers needed
The Cheyenne Capitals Youth Hockey Association is looking for coaches for the youth hockey programs this September. People who wish to share their skillset with boys and girls from 4 to 18-years-old should contact the CCYHA president at chalmersbdq@gmail.com for more information.

Household Goods appointments
The summer permanent change of station season is May through September. The F.E. Warren Personal Property Shipping Office recommends that people with orders visit as soon as possible to receive property shipment dates as they fill up quickly. For more information, call 773-3248.
 
Outdoor Recreation
Outdoor Rec. provides trips each month for Airmen and their families.
· Steamboat Bike Park: Aug. 29. $50 per person.
· Grand Canyon and Bryce and Vion National Parks Trip: Sept. 4 through 7. $120 per person.
· Oktoberfest Celebration Potluck at Base Lake Pavilion: Sept. 9.
· Archery Range 3D shoot: Sept. 10 from 6 to 9 p.m. Bows must be rented prior to the event.
· Breckenridge Oktoberfest: Sept. 12 departing from Outdoor Rec. at 7 a.m. $45 per person or $15 per non-drinker.
· Family Frenzy and paintball field grand opening: Sept. 12. This is a free event.
· Hot Air Balloon ride: Sept. 13 departing from Outdoor Rec. at 5 a.m. $55 per person.
· Go Ruck: Sept. 19. $25 per person.
· Georgetown Loop Railroad Wine and Cheese Couples Train Ride: Sept. 26. $60 per couple
· Tandem Paragliding flight: Sept. 26. $65 per person. Six slots are available for single Airmen only.
· Home Brewing with Arts and Crafts: Sept. 27. $25 per person.

Resiliency programs
The Mental Health Clinic hosts several free resiliency seminars and trainings inside the Medical Treatment Facility throughout the month for Airmen and their dependents to attend.
· New Father's Seminar: Sept. 2 from 2 to 4 p.m.
· Skill Building/ Resiliency Seminar: Sept. 11, 18 and 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
· Marriage Enrichment Training: Sept. 8, 15, 22, 29 from 10 a.m. to noon.
· Anger Management Training: Sept. 10 and 24 and Oct. 1 and 8 from 1 to 3 p.m.
· Love and Logic Parent Workshop: Sept. 11, 21, and 28 and Oct. 5 from noon to 2 p.m.
· Substance Abuse Awareness Seminar: Sept. 9 and 23 from 8 to 11:30 a.m.
· Sleep Seminar: Sept. 18 from 1 to 2 p.m
