90th MDG changes preventative health assessment Published Oct. 15, 2007 By Master Sgt. Kimberley Rodriguez 90th Medical Operations Squadron F.E. Warren AFB, Wyo. -- A new program, "GreenDay," began Oct. 1 aligning most active-duty annual preventative health assessment requirements with annual dental appointments. This new initiative helps ensure the Mighty Ninety's readiness. The goal at the medical group is to provide a one-stop shop for active-duty customers and ensure everything needed for individual medical readiness is "green" in the Preventive Health Assessment Individual Medical Readiness system, or PIMR, before they leave. The new process allows patients to complete all requirements during their scheduled GreenDay. This process includes annual dental appointments, PHA, immunizations, lab tests, occupational health exams, hearing exams and optometry appointments. In addition, an Internet-based PHA questionnaire must be completed prior to the appointment instead of the questionnaire that was previously given at the PHA. Members on Personnel Reliability Program status will complete the questionnaire at the hospital during the appointment. GreenDay consolidates many appointments previously needed to fulfill required medical actions, so plan on staying at the clinic for at least four hours. To expedite this process, all active-duty military members who have appointments for their annual GreenDay will get a PIMR "fast pass" that can be used to move them to the front of the line at the immunizations clinic and the laboratory. The PIMR "fast pass" can only be used by active-duty people during their appointment. For more information call Master Sgt. Kimberley Rodriguez at 773-4273, or 773-5820.
