WARREN AFB, Wyo. -- Important information about Weighted Airman promotion system testing: - It is the individuals' responsibility to take the time to review their data verification rip for accuracy. It only takes one missing or erroneous item to put a promotion in jeopardy. - The individuals needs to ensure they review the annual WAPS Catalog, published in August, to check availability and receipt of correct study materials. The person must check the back of each career-development-course volumes. Ensure the year and month correlate with what is posted in the WAPS Catalog. - It is also the individuals' responsibility to ensure they have the current study materials at least 60 days prior to the start of the testing cycle. If items are not received, the individuals need to contact the military personnel flight at 773-3591. - If the person does not have testing materials, do not sign for a test date. By signing for the date, the person waives the right to have test materials for 60 days prior to testing. - If the individuals have been deployed for 90 days or more, they have 60 days to study upon return prior to testing. Again, if a test date is signed, the individuals are waiving their 60 days to study. - Be prepared to test the first day of the testing cycle. - Understand all provisions of test compromise and do not give out any information gained through testing to unauthorized individuals. - Individuals need to notify the test examiner of any condition which may prevent them from doing their best or finishing the test. - Individuals must be in a military uniform and have a valid military identification with them in the testing room in order to test. - Individuals must be inside the testing room prior to 7:30 a.m. Otherwise, they will be considered a no-show for testing. -Certain items are not allowed in the testing room: study material, food, drinks, books, notepads, calculators, beepers, cell phones or any electronic devices.
