Col. L.B. Mobley, 90th Maintenance Group commander, and Airman James Willis, 90th Maintenance Operations Squadron, present the 90th MXG guidon May 3 to the dining-out president, Col. Mike Morgan, 90th Space Wing commander, signifying their group is present. The dining-out is a tradition-filled event where true Air Force pomp and circumstance is displayed. People committing infractions to the rules of the dining-out are sent to the grog bowl, a container filled with different, unidentified liquids.
