The Air Force's Expeditionary Entertainers Tops in Blue, a 35-member group of various stage presences, performs live in Cheyenne Feb. 7 at the Cheyenne Civic Center.

To make the show possible, Tops in Blue are requesting volunteers.

"When you volunteer to help the Tops in Blue crew, it offers you a chance to see behind the scenes at what really happens on the other side of that curtain and what all goes into making a show," said Robin Lauser, Warren's Communibrary. "It's an opportunity to work side-by-side with the cast."

There are different tasks one could volunteer for, Mrs. Lauser said. All-in-all, about 25 Warren members are needed:

Back stage - Two to three volunteers are needed to assist with the show. Upon arrival of the team and a review of the performance, the tour director will advise the volunteers of any unplanned changes to the requirements. The back-stage volunteers must report to the Tops in Blue stage director no later than 30 minutes prior to show time, and they will stay for the entirety of the show. Volunteers will assist with set changes throughout the performance.

Set up - Six to eight volunteers are needed to assist with performance set up to include unloading of the truck, costume set up, stage and props. These volunteers will work from 7:30 p.m. to midnight.

Tear down - Ten to 12 volunteers are needed to tear down the set, disassemble props and load the truck. These volunteers will work from 8:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
