During the Jr. Deployer event June 6, Max Schrader and Sophia Webber examine the different forms of what people use to create improved explosive devices. The mock deployment began with an in-processing line, followed by a tour of the Wyoming Air National Guard base and a landing in FEWastan, a fictional area where the children deployed. After the children saw and participated in the displays in FEWastan, they returned to the Youth Center staging area for a return-home party.

Tech. Sgt. Cleophus Gallon, 90th Security Forces military working dog section, uses a padded arm sleeve to demonstrate the professionally-trained dog's bite strength during the FEWastan portion of the Jr. Deployer event. After the dog demonstration, the MWD section staff gave out baseball cards with their dogs' biography and photographs.
Harmonie King and her father depart the bus for the return-home party at the Warren Youth Center Saturday. Youth center staff greeted the children with red, white and blue pompoms with patriotic music playing in the background.
