The symbolic signing of the memorandum of understanding between Warren AFB and the American Federation of Government Employees, local 2354 signifies the completion of negotiations of a new three year agreement. The agreement includes 33 articles covering a multitude of management, appropriated fund employee, and local Union rights and obligations as they relate to bargaining unit Federal civilian employment at F.
