For those who experience financial woes, Air Force Global Strike Command's 90th Comptrollers Squadron members are here to assist.

Filing a travel voucher, discrepancies in pay and changes in dependency are some reasons Mighty Ninety members may need to visit finance, said Senior Airman Justin Althoff, 90th CPTS financial service technician.

While members can come in and talk to a representative about their finances, there are also some useful Web sites they can visit, he added.

"We're really trying to get the word out about the virtual finance, which can be found through the Air Force Portal, as well as the Personnel In-Processing System and eFinance Web sites," said 2nd Lt. Jessica Whitney, 90th CPTS financial service technician.

While these sites allow members to answer some of their financial questions, the need to talk to a representative may still be necessary.

"If members still have problems or don't understand what the Web sites say, they can come in and see us," Airman Althoff said. "When they do come in, we ask them to bring as much documentation as they can."

The documents necessary depend on what the customer is trying to accomplish.
Receipts, orders, amendments and airline tickets are some examples of what is needed to fill out a travel voucher.

"The more documentation you have, the easier it may be to help you," Airman Althoff said.
Dependency changes can also affect someone's pay, Lieutenant Whitney said.

"It's really important to update your dependency status as soon as you can," Lieutenant Whitney said. "If not done right away, then pay discrepancies can occur."

"Everybody likes getting paid," Airman Althoff said. "We're here to help ensure you get paid what you're entitled."
