Airman PEC

Airman PEC – ​This 1-day seminar was established to bridge the development gap between the First Term Airmen Course (FTAC) and the first level of supervisory Professional Military Education (PME). The course focuses on providing Airmen with the tools necessary to develop and cultivate a healthy work environment.

Details

The Airmen Professional Enhancement Course (PEC) curriculum a 1-day course and is maintained by the F. E. Warren AFB FTAC NCOIC and CAA.

The Airmen PEC will be no shorter than the minimum required time to present mandatory focus areas, but no longer than 2 days.

The Airmen PEC is a consolidated training environment and is NOT a formal education seminar or enlisted PME.​​​​​​​

There is no requirement to attend the Airmen PEC, but is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your military skillsets.
