Colonel Cherron R. Galluzzo is the Commander of the 90th Medical Group at F. E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She leads a team of 228 personnel in executing a $10.8 million dollar budget, serving over 19,000 beneficiaries. The 90th Medical Group ensures the nuclear reliability and deployability of wing personnel; delivers cost-effective, accessible, community-based health care; promotes healthy lifestyles through preventive medical services & education; and prepares, mobilizes, & deploys medical resources for contingency operations worldwide. The Group also maintains war reserve materiel projects worth over $4M, supporting global expeditionary operations.
Colonel Cherron R. Galluzzo earned her commission in 1993. She has served in a variety of leadership and key positions at the major command level, wing and squadron levels. She is a senior flight nurse, logging 631 hours in the C-9A aircraft. She has deployed in direct support of major operations including Operation NEW DAWN, Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. Prior to her current assignment, Colonel Galluzzo was the Inpatient Operations Squadron Commander, 96th Medical Group, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
