COL. TODD SAULS Colonel Todd Sauls is the Commander, 90th Operations Group, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. He commands a group of three missile squadrons and an operations support squadron providing on-alert, nuclear-combat capability to the Commander, United States Strategic Command, in support of U.S. national objectives. He is responsible for the safe, secure and reliable operation of 150 Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missiles operated from 15 remote missile alert facilities over a 9,600 square mile area across Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado. Colonel Sauls was commissioned through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program at The Ohio State University in 1992. He has extensive experience in ICBM operations. He served as a Minuteman II and Minuteman III deputy, deputy instructor, crew commander, instructor, evaluator, senior crew evaluator and Assistant Chief of Standardization and Evaluation. Colonel Sauls completed staff tours at Headquarters Twentieth Air Force, Headquarters Air Force Space Command, Headquarters United States Strategic Command, Joint Functional Component Command for Space, Global Strike and Integration, and Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command. He served as the Operations Officer of the 381st Training Support Squadron, 392d Training Squadron and 490th Missile Squadron and was Commander of the 341st Operations Support Squadron.
