90th MW Police Week 2018

The Thin Blue Line Flag waves in the wind during a barbecue for the closing of Police Week, May 18, 2018, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. Police Week concluded with festivities for Airmen and families to unwind after a week of events and work. In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week. People all across the United States participate in various events which honor those have paid the ultimate sacrifice. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Braydon Williams)
