The 90th Missile Wing Legal Office, due to the overwhelmingly positive response to their first class, held a second Military Justice 101: Administrative Paperwork class here, April 5.

“We wanted to teach it because we see a lot of errors when it comes to article 15s, court martials and discharges,” said Staff Sgt. Jessica Thomas, 90th Missile Wing legal NCO in charge of military justice. “If you don’t have the paperwork right at the beginning, you’re going to have problems throughout and at the end of the process.”

More than 50 military members attended the class to discover the ins and outs of progressive discipline and writing effective administrative actions.

“This is a way to get supervisors or Airmen to know what is required in administration paperwork,” Thomas said. We want to equip them with the tools to make sure their paperwork is correct, so that down the road, other processes can move smoothly.”
