F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. --  The Arts and Crafts Center held an oil painting class May 13. During the class, participants were shown a photograph of scenery and instructed to interpret it in their painting. Laura Skoglund, 90th Force Support Squadron, taught class members about oil painting on canvas and plans to hold more classes.
