Two F.E. Warren Air Force Base defenders were killed in an off-duty car accident when an oncoming vehicle collided with theirs in northern Colorado on Oct. 30, 2021.

The Airmen have been identified as Senior Airman Yasmin Evans, 790th Missile Security Forces Squadron, and Senior Airman Taylor Ashley, 90th Missile Security Operations Squadron.

The two occupants in the other vehicle also passed away. Colorado State Patrol continues to investigate the cause of the incident.
