F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo.-- Lt. Col. Deborah Willis assumed command of the 90th Healthcare Operations Squadron during a change of command ceremony 1 July, 2021, at Trails End, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

Prior to her current position, Willis was deputy chief of the En Route Medical Care Division at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Lt. Col. David Barker, outgoing 90 HCOS commander, will serve as the Deputy of Programming at Defense Health Agency, Washington, D.C.

90 HCOS focuses on providing medical care to dependents and retirees while the 90th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron specializes in operational medicine and providing care to active duty military personnel.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
