90th CES welcomes new commander

Lt. Col. Erin O. Weatherly received command of the 90th Civil Engineer Squadron during a change of command here June 15, 2017.

Lt. Col. Robert C. Lance, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at Barksdale Air Force Base, La.

A change-of-command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
