Col Brian Rico

Colonel Brian L. Rico is the Commander, 90th Maintenance Group at F. E. Warren AFB, Wyo. Under his command the proud airmen in the group provide world-class maintenance for the 90th Missile Wing’s 150 Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM), 150 launch facilities, 15 missile alert facilities and launch control centers and associated nuclear and conventional munitions in support of United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) requirements. Most recently, he was a student at the Air Force’s Air War College. Previously he was the Deputy Commander of the 377th Maintenance Group at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. Col Brian L. Rico received his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps from the University of New Mexico in 1995. He has served in several Munitions, ICBM, HAF, NAF and Space positions. He has served as an Air Force Legislative Liaison Staff Member for Congresswoman Heather Wilson as well as a member of the Air Force House of Representatives Liaison Division. He has Commanded an ICBM Maintenance Operations and Missile Maintenance squadrons as well as drafting conventional, nuclear and ICBM policy for the AF as an Action Officer on the Air Staff. He is married to the former Shannon Ferrell from Littleton, Colo., and they have five children Brian Jr. (22), Alec (21), Michael (13), Mia (10) and Antonio (8) as well as one grandchild Ariana (3)
