New training center

Warren defender wins deadlift competition
Airman 1st Class Benny Le, 90th Missile Security Forces Squadron, recently won the 148-pound weight class in the open and junior divisions of the 2012 U.S.A. Powerlifting Deadlift Nationals in Aurora, Colo. Le competed against more than 30 of the best bench pressers and deadlifters in the United States. Le bench pressed 275 pounds and deadlifted 402 pounds raw, which means he only used a belt and neoprene knee sleeves during the deadlift. (Courtsey photo)
