Warren decentralizes heating
The 90th Civil Engineer Squadron and Firewatch Contracting, LCC, began deconstruction of the F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., central heating plant in January. The project began June 2013 with the removal of individual buildings from the central heating system.
