Military Child 2012

Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead signs a proclamation in the Wyoming Capitol Building March 29 officially establishing April as the Month of the Military Child. The proclamation says that dedicating April to military children will pay tribute to the approximately 5,000 Wyoming children and youths directly affected by military deployments and encourage the local community to support them.
