Major Christine Hernandez took command of the 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron during a change of command ceremony June 28, 2019, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo.

Hernandez previously served as the commander of the 790th Maintenance Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB.

She is excited for this privilege and opportunity to lead another one of F.E. Warren’s maintenance squadrons.

“What we do daily is vital to our national security. We will continue to strive to be better every day and help our mission partners, as well as, to excel in our shared mission,” said Hernandez.  “I ask you to join me in this endeavor, keep striving.”

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
