Auto-Notify Service

Please ask to be enrolled in our auto-notification service that will text or call you when your prescription is ready. You can be enrolled in person or over the phone.

Electronic Prescriptions

Have your provider send us prescriptions electronically to "DOD FE WARREN AFB EPHARM". You may call us first to ensure we have received the prescription before you come to the pharmacy. You can activate the medication in-person for same day service or over the phone for pick up in three duty days.

New Prescriptions

All NEW prescriptions (including renewals and electronic prescriptions) can be activated in-person or over the phone. To activate a prescription, use the kiosk system to get a ticket and wait for your number to be called. Non-urgent prescriptions activated in person before 1600 hours may be ready the same day while those turned in after 1600 hours will be ready the next business day. Prescriptions activated over the phone will be filled within three duty days.

New Services:

The Deployed Spouse Program

A recent addition to pharmacy services is the Deployed Spouses Program. This is a priority program for deployed spouses, which allows for expedited check-in at the pharmacy.

The Tobacco Cessation Program

Tobacco cessation is now included in the over-the-counter sick program. Medications will be filled the same as regular prescriptions and an appointment is not required.

Email/Online Services

Using the link below you can send an email to the pharmacy that is checked daily. You should receive a response the next duty day addressing your questions or concerns. Requests to activate medications will be ready in three duty days. This option may also be used to submit refills electronically and to submit electronic transfer request forms if you need prescription refills transferred to us from another pharmacy.

Sick Program

The pharmacy offers select FREE over-the-counter medications, saving patients from making an appointment with their provider. To participate, pull a ticket at the kiosk, wait for your number to be called and inform the technician of your symptoms. They will give you a sick form to fill out, and a pharmacist will counsel you one-on-one regarding your symptoms and make medication recommendations. The medications will then be processed and filled just like a regular prescription.

Formulary

Although we do not stock every drug, our formulary is very robust and is designed to meet the majority of our beneficiaries' prescription needs. Our complete up to date formulary can be accessed here: https://online.lexi.com/lco/action/home Prescriptions for non-formulary medications may be presented to the 90 MDG pharmacy for evaluation. This process may involve contacting the provider and changing to a formulary alternative if the authorization has not been approved.

Refills

Patients may request refills 24-hours a day on the automated refill line at (307) 773-2330 or on www.tricareonline.com. Refills are a three duty day turnaround; please plan accordingly. Refills may be requested up to 3-weeks early on a 90-day supply of medication. Refills will only be allowed three days early on controlled substances. If you have no remaining refills, call the appointment line and ask to speak to a nurse or make an appointment with your provider if necessary. Please do this at least a week before you run out of medication.

TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy

TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy is a good option for medications you take on a regular basis (maintenance medications), if you live far away from the pharmacy or if you cannot come in during regular business hours. Retail pharmacies may require a co-pay and should be reserved for urgent/emergency medication needs or special circumstances. Information about the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy Program and network pharmacies is available toll-free at (877) 363-1303 or online at www.express-scripts.com/TRICARE.
