90 CES welcomes new commander

Lt. Col. Brian Low took command of the 90th Civil Engineer Squadron during an assumption of command ceremony at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, Oct. 22, 2018.

Low was previously the energy management program lead, Pentagon, Washington D.C.

An assumption of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility to the incoming commander.
