Chief Master Sergeant Nicholas T. Taylor
Chief Master Sergeant Nicholas T. Taylor serves as the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 90th Missile Wing, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. He is the primary advisor to the commander in support of over 4,200 military, civilian, and contract personnel who provide a nuclear combat capability by operating, maintaining, securing, and supporting 15 missile alert facilities and 150 Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles on constant alert status, ready to launch at the direction of the President of the United States.
Chief Master Sergeant Taylor enlisted in the United States Air force in October 1996. His background includes numerous positions at the squadron, group, wing and center level. He has been stationed at locations in California, Texas, Washington, Ohio, Alabama, North Dakota, South Carolina and The Republic of Korea. While supporting Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and EDURING FREEDOM, he deployed to Kirkuk Air Base, Iraq, Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan and FortBliss/Camp McGregor, Texas/N.M. Moreover, he served as a Military Training Instructor and as a First Sergeant. Before assuming his current position, he served as Chief Enlisted Manager, 51st Logistics Readiness Squadron, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. He advised the commander in leading the most forward, permanently-based Logistics Readiness Squadron in the Air Force in support of military readiness, mission-effectiveness and professional development while providing assessments on operational matters for 535 military, civilian and contractor personnel, engaged in all aspects of logistics functions related to transportation, supply, fuels and readiness support.
