Individuals or small groups must sign up for tours no less than 10 days in advance of tour. No more than 25 participants per scheduled tour.
Additionally, groups of 25-40 individuals can request a guided tour for their organizations. 90th Missile Wing Public Affairs will conduct up to three of these tours per month, as long as staffing is available. These tour dates are scheduled in advance and are pre-coordinated with supporting units based on availability, manning and mission requirements. All requests for group tours must be placed at least a month in advance. Groups consisting of children must have sufficient adult supervision accompanying them, that is, at least one adult for every 10 children. Larger groups or short-notice visit requests (less than one month notice) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Notes: No group tours are conducted in July, due to Cheyenne Frontier Days. We recommend you visit the base during D.A. Russell Days.
Tours are subject to change or may be cancelled with little or no notice due to mission requirements or inclement weather, even if it the cancelation is the same day as the tour was scheduled.
If individuals require considerations due to disability, medical status or injury please let us know.
If a tour is approved, then the tour coordinator will need to provide the following information about each individual coming on the tour who is older than 16: state issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID card, etc.) number, state where the ID was issued, full name as it appears on the ID, passport number for foreign citizens, date of birth.
