Default Air Force Logo Commanders to have more say in developmental education opportunities
Air Force officials recently announced changes to the nomination process for officer developmental education beginning with the results of the March 2017 Line of Air Force Major Board. The March 2017 LAF Major’s Board results will be released publicly July 18, 2017, and will not include in-residence, developmental education selection or “select” status.

Default Air Force Logo AF takes initial steps to reduce training unrelated to primary missions
The Air Force plans to reduce training not related to Airmen’s primary jobs in order to address concerns that excessive and non-mission related demands are impacting Airmen’s ability to focus on and accomplish their core duties, officials announced Oct. 31.
