Customer feedback survey helps drive programs Published Jan. 11, 2008 By Lorri Welsh 90th Force Support Squadron F. E. WARREN AFB, Wyo. -- Every year, Headquarters, Air Force Services conducts a customer feedback survey to assess customer satisfaction with base-level services programs. However, this year customers will be able to answer the survey online or complete the paper survey on-the-spot while visiting an activity. Survey dates for the Warren community are Jan. 9 to 25. Taking the opportunity to answer the survey online has many benefits. It allows one to respond quickly either at the activity or from home. To save time, the online version is designed to present questions about activities the participant and their family participate in. This reduces the time it takes to complete the survey. "If you are randomly selected to complete this survey, we want you to let your opinions be known," said Lt. Col. Carleton Hirschel, 90th Force Support Squadron commander. According to Colonel Hirschel, "Your responses will help make a difference in the programs we offer to you, your family and the entire Warren community. These surveys help us know what we are doing right and where we can improve." For more information call Lorri Welsh, base survey representative, at 773-2858.
