90th CONS welcomes new commander

F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. --

Major Bryce Fiacco received command of the 90th Contracting Squadron during a change of command, July 6, 2018 at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

 

Lieutenant Colonel James Simmons, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, as the Military Satellite Communications Systems Wing directorate.

 

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
